1. Phase II is wrapping up with grinder pump installations on Vernon Road. We thank all of the property owners in Phase 2. With your help we avoided costly delays. If you have not done so yet, you can now contact SCOBAR Electric for installation of the electrical needs of the pump. The electrical work is at no cost to the propery owner. The person to contact at SCOBAR Electric is Scott Barall at (860) 242-4888.
2. Phase III grinder pump agreements and tax forms are now due. Construction is expected to start shortly. Phase 3 includes the remainder of Boston Turnpike, North Road, 7 South Road, Tolland Road (through #138), High Meadow Road, Sunset Lane, Plymouth Lane (1, 7, &15), 81 Colonial Road, and Cubles Drive (4, 11, & 12) If you still have these documents, they are due by June 30th. Without these documents construction delays can add to the cost of the project.
3. Phase IV preliminary design is complete. Property owners in Phase IV will shortly receive their grinder pump agreements and tax forms.
4. In order to assist in the timely submission of these documents, the BLRWPCA has an individual available to assist you. Scott Dolphin is with the BLRWPCA Administrative Services and can be reached at the Bolton Town Hall at (860) 649-8066 x126. He will also be out in the neighborhoods assisting us in gathering these documents. His vehicle is a late model, maroon Chevrolet Impala and he is available to answer questions and accept any documents you have ready for submission.
